What are your condition standards?
All items must be in a clean and wearable condition. We conduct thorough inspections on each item to ensure quality, authenticity, and overall condition. Items are categorized based on their condition into five categories: Brand New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Average.
Brand New:
Items are in pristine condition, showing no indications of previous wear. They come with a box and/or pouch; tags may or may not be included.
Excellent:
Items are in visibly unused condition, with minimal signs of handling. Tags are not attached, and boxes or dust bags may not be provided.
Very Good:
Items exhibit slight indications of wear, such as gently worn corners, light scratches, and minimal interior wear for bags and accessories. For jewelry, there may be minor scratches, nicks, and/or small dents.
Good:
Items show signs of moderate wear, including worn corners, noticeable scratches, and interior wear for bags and accessories. For jewelry, visible scratches, nicks, and/or dents may be present.
Average:
Items exhibit extensive signs of wear, such as worn corners, prominent scratches, or noticeable interior wear.
Note: Several of our items are accompanied by their original boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards. If included, this will be specified in the item description.
